Returns & Exchanges — We want you to love your hat. If something is not right — wrong item, damaged item, or a fit issue — contact us and we will help with a return or exchange. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we confirm your return, we will send instructions for sending the item back.
